About the Piece:

“Endometriosis Warrior” is a love letter to all folks who struggle with endo. It’s to show visibility and the hard truths behind being an endometriosis warrior. We all know endo is not talked about enough, researched enough, and cared about enough. Being able to pour my frustrations and feelings into this piece has helped me heal, and I hope it helps others heal as well.

About the Artist:

Laura Boccadoro's art revolves around revolutionary ideals and combatting your inner demons. A lot of her work has been focused on bringing important messages to the forefront of people's minds; like reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, trans rights, workers rights, and more. With bold lines and bright colors, she brings the viewers in and wants to stamp her art into the minds of others. The art is created to get you thinking...whether that be about the message being presented by the art, the colors, the changing lines, or imagery. For a long time Laura didn't consider herself a "real artist". Then one day she realized, that doesn't exist. Art is everywhere, all around us, and takes many different forms.
